1. 15-Day Risk-Free Trial
We believe you should experience SmartBill4U before paying a single rupee. Every new retailer enjoys a 15-Day Free Trial with no credit card required. During this trial period, you can test all POS counter billing, barcode printing, and godown inventory features with zero financial obligation.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SmartBill4U subscription renewal at any time directly through your dashboard billing section or by emailing support@smartbill4u.com. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you encounter technical issues that our engineering support team cannot resolve within 7 working days of initial subscription activation, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal date.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days through our payment gateway partners.
